For those of you who didn’t know or maybe forgot.. This week is National Suicide Prevention Week and Also To Write Love on Her Arms(T.W.L.O.H.A). http://www.twloha.com/To Write Love on Her Arms is a non-profit movement dedicated to present
ing hope and finding help for people struggling with depression, addiction, self-injury and suicide. This is something that I personally have dealt with and I know a lot of family and friends that have too. It is something you rise above, own and learn to deal with, but some cannot deal with their pain as well as others. I wanted to let everyone who sees this know that I love you, even though you may think its cheesy or just something you say.. It’s not! There are people I wish I had said it to much earlier on in my life and I lost the chance to do that. So if your alone or you just need someone to vent, talk to or hang out with I am ALWAYS here! And I wish someone would have said that to me a long time ago. People are so much more special than they are told and some a lot more fragile than others, so appreciate the people in your life and treat them with the Love and the total respect that they deserve. It’s not out of attention, it’s a cry for help that some aren’t used to. So tomorrow or tonight let those people know how dear they are to you and how much it would mean to lose them, because some people never hear it. And write love on your arms to show your Love for those who don’t. Love Always,Katie
